How do I track my order?
All orders usually take between 10-14 business days to be delivered, this is because as soon as you place your order, we go into actually making that size for you at factory level. So you always receive fresh gear. Once we we ship your items, an automatic email will also be sent out for you with the correct tracking information. However, you can always reach us directly via email as well and we'll be happy to look into your order's tracking information. We're proud to provide an open communication with all of our customers.
What are your delivery options?
As a standard procedure we provide free shipping to U.S customers, our preferred method of shipment is first class delivery service. However if you desire a faster shipment method at an added cost, please contact us and we can offer you several shipping methods. Please note shipments take between 10-14 business days to be delivered depending on which warehouse fulfills your order, we work with many different warehouses around the country to find the fastest possible shipping routes.
How do I return an item?
Simply send us an email and let us know of your intentions to return an item and we will be able to go into our system and create a return plan for you to send the item back to us. However please note there will be an added fee as customers would need to pay for return shipment. This fee varies depending on your location and item shipping weight.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, for all international orders, shipping prices will vary based on distance and package weight. Those are automatically calculated for you at the time of check out. Some items made take longer then others to ship depending on which warehouse has the item available to ship.
What is your returns policy?
We provide a free of charge 14 day return policy. All refunds are made within 2-3 business days after we have received your returned package. It's a very easy, seamless procedure.
How do I get a refund?
Once you submit a claim by emailing us directly that you would like to return an item, we will issue you a return label, once the item is received by our warehouse and inspected, we will then issue you a full refund, which normally takes between 2-3 business days to go back into your account. If it takes longer than that, simply contact us and we can happily look into the refund status for you.
