Intended for Users Over 13

The Villahiker Web site is intended for use by individuals 13 years of age or older. The Villahiker Web site is not directed for use by children under the age of 13. Users under the age of 13 should get the assistance of a parent or guardian to use this site.

Product Display/Colors

The Villahiker Web site attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using.

Errors on Our Site

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Villahiker reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Villahiker will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with Villahiker’s Return Policy.

Sales Tax Policy

Villahiker collects and remits sales tax as required by U.S. law. Villahiker reserves the right not to sell to resellers.

Paying for Your Order

You may pay for your orders with major credit cards issued in the United States of America. Currently, we accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover® Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal 

Generally, credit and debit card are not charged until we either ship the item(s) to you or confirm store availability (at which time you will be charged only for the goods we have actually shipped along with any appropriate taxes or shipping charges). However, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your available credit line. When paying for a preorder with a debit card you will be charged at the time you place your preorder. Please contact your credit card issuer for more information.

Validating Your Order

After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order. Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Villahiker Web site reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Order Limitations

We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you gave us when you placed the order.

Order Limitations/Limited Quantities

Villahiker may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Villahiker also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same VillahikerWeb site account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made. Villahiker reserves the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.

Villahiker Shipping Information

Packages are shipped from the United States. WE DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS AT THIS TIME.

Shipping

Shipping is provided through the UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service) delivery service. All orders will be shipped in the manner/order of volume they were received to accomdoate each consumer. once orders are placed, it goes into our warehouse for processing. Generally, processing takes about 2 days and then orders are shipped, receiving your order usually takes 5 business after processing times. If your order is placed on Friday or on the weekend the order will not be shipped until the next business day after the 48 hour processing time, if a holiday. Expedited shipping is not available, however, ALL orders are free of shipping. 

UPS (United Parcel Service) days in transit are an estimate given by UPS and cannot be guaranteed by Villahiker.com and its affiliates.

Returns

At Villahikerwe want all of our customers to be satisfied with our products! Therefore, we’ll accept returns from you within 30 days of delivery of product. On all returns we give a full refund less the original shipping costs.

Follow these three steps:

1. E-mail customer service and inform us which products you would like to return.
   The customer service department will e-mail you a return confirmation.

2. Repack the item(s) in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the e-mail sent to the customer service department as well as a copy of the return confirmation e-mail you receive.

3. Send your purchase back to the address provided by the customer service agent; Attn: Customer Support.

Villahiker Warranty Information

LIMITED WARRANTY

Villahiker products are under warranty for 1 Year from the date of purchase. This limited warranty shall be limited solely to the repair or replacement at its option, of any product, which fails during normal consumer use for a period of 1 Year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not extend to damage or failure, which results from misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, abuse, improper installation or maintenance. If at any time during the 1 Year period following the purchase, the product fails due to defects in materials or workmanship, please contact our customer service department at hello@villahiker.com

WARRANTIES ARE NON-TRANSFERRABLE. SECOND-HAND ITEMS, INCLUDING SALES FROM WEBSITES SUCH AS EBAY AND CRAIGSLIST, ARE NOT COVERED BY VILLAHKER WARRANTY.

Termination of Use

Villahiker may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of the VillahikerWeb site at anytime. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. Villahiker reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspects of the Villahiker Web site at any time without prior notice.
